A Year with Founding Females®: A Case Study on the Strategic Value of a VA
When Francie, the powerhouse behind Founding Females® approached me to help her tackle some tasks that were weighing on her, she wasn’t looking for just a to-do-list-ticker. She needed a strategic partner who could help her bring her vision for her mastermind and website to life—all while protecting her time and energy.
As a member of the mastermind myself, I was honored to be her go-to on these projects! It worked out great that we were making these moves, a collaboration sprung up: the Women Who Lead collaboration, a community project among Founding Females® members that spotlights women using their skills to lift each other up.
Challenge #1: Mastering the Mastermind
April 17, 2024
Yep—we’ve been working together for over a year! Back in 2024, Francie’s top priority was converting more leads into her Founding Females® Mastermind. She asked me to audit the full experience and offer a plan to boost conversion.
The solution: I stepped into the shoes of a potential client, combing through her website as a user and analyzing every touchpoint. The result: a 2-page document with strategic feedback on copy, testimonials, video placement, graphics, and calls to action—plus a checklist of tweaks to better align the messaging with what her audience truly needs to see before saying yes.
Now, a year later, she’s seen the largest incoming cohorts in the history of the Mastermind.
Challenge #2: Training Glow Up
Francie was also prepping to deliver her online training course, SEO Glow Up, and she wanted the initial work to have future payoff, too, offering the recording for purchase. Our goal was to add earning potential while minimizing her most valuable spend: her time.
The solution: I created a full evergreen roadmap, including a course layout, tips for prepping the live version, lighting and tech recs, and a breakdown of pricing tiers based on sales goals. Together, we mapped out a sustainable marketing plan for her launch that included email ideas and podcast pitching angles.
She was able to put together an SEO Glow Up training that worked—not just for the participants, but for her.
Challenge #3: Blog Content Bottleneck
Feb–March 2025
Francie had a bunch of incredible blog drafts ready to go—but putting them up on her site was a time suck that wasn’t paying off in revenue value.
The solution: I created a custom blog template on her Squarespace site and formatted her backlog of posts with best practices in mind—photos, calls-to-action, and smart internal linking. All she had to do was click “post.”
Our system cut her blog publishing time in half, helping her stay consistent without sacrificing quality. Plus, she got to reinvest that time into revenue-making endeavors!

Challenge #4: Prepping for Mastermind Membership Week
April 16, 2025
A few times a year, Francie offers her Mastermind at a reduced rate in a big enrollment push she calls Membership Week. As she prepped for the event, Francie wanted to tighten the onboarding experience and refresh the mastermind's internal systems.
The solution: I delivered a full audit of the mastermind program—from navigation and session planning to onboarding. I recommended creating a welcome packet, adding a video walkthrough, and enhancing member resources to better support new joiners.
Challenge #5: Turning Strategy Into Action
June 5, 2025
This month, we took everything we had planned—and made it real. I fully built out the Mastermind onboarding packet, handling the project from top to bottom.
The personal investment I’ve made in understanding the value of the offer, participating in the Mastermind myself, and a commitment to applying my experience as a participant to making a great thing even better allowed me to dig into the task with confidence and minimal oversight. Francie trusted me to lead, and I delivered.
